Who we are
We build villas, family houses, renovations and pools on Corfu.
We take a plot from the buildability check and the permit file through to the keys, with one site manager responsible for the whole of it and the same crews from start to finish.
We are part of the Lasmari group in Corfu. The legal entity, the address and the contact details are below: we publish them in full, because a contractor who will not is not worth a phone call.

Access decides more than the plan
On the north-east coast a plot the mixer cannot reach is priced by the pump, the crane and the days lost. We walk the lane with a tape before we draw a line.

The wall comes before the house
Retaining walls hold the hillside before the house holds a roof. Built well, they are invisible for fifty years. Built badly, they are the first thing you pay for twice.

Permits move at the pace of the slowest approval
The permit itself is electronic and quick once the file is complete. It is the archaeological or forestry opinion, when one applies, that sets the calendar. We ask for those first.

A photograph every week and no surprises on the invoice. Everything else in project management follows from those two.
