A site visit, a measured survey and a written brief. We establish levels, access and what the plot will carry before anything is drawn.
02 · Design and costing
Drawings, a written specification and an itemised cost, trade by trade. You approve the number before we break ground.
03 · Build and handover
One site manager on the job, staged sign-offs, photographs every week and a snagging list closed out before handover.
